Kangaroo Tail

Kangaroo tails come as a 250g pack, approx 3-5 pieces. 
 
Kangaroo tails are a great source of lean meat, tendon and connective tissues, bone and bone marrow.   
 
Tails have several large tendons on top of a thick layer of meat. The bones of the tail are one of the largest stores of bone marrow in a kangaroo.  
 
Bone marrow is a fantastic source of good fats. It is also rich in collagen, which improves bone and skin health and glucosamine, which can relieve joint pain and reduce inflammation in the joints.
